We are looking for an Account Service Representative (40 hours per week) in our Elmwood Park, NJ location.
Schedule:Monday -- Friday 8am to 5pm. Some nights and weekends required. Some (occasional) overnight travel required (sales meetings).
Position Summary
The Sales Service Representative is designated to assist our sales team helping to streamline communication to customers and produce a more efficient workflow. Assisting our sales representatives under the direction of the Regional Sales Director is the top functioning priority for the person that fills this position. The position will help relieve some of the customer service responsibilities of our sales team so their efforts can be focused on identifying and obtaining additional growth for the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Report directly to the Regional Sales Director
Assist in any manner necessary and deemed relevant to productivity by the Regional Sales Director
Gathering information from clients and/or patients to move the testing process forward
Securing phlebotomy options for patients
Constructing market sales binders for the sales team
Assist with organizing local/regional conferences
Successfully integrate with all ancillary departments within the organization
Ordering marketing materials and sample collection kits for clients
Maintain a very high level of customer service
Deliver prompt and frequent communication
Work closely with the billing department to secure information from clients or patients necessary for reimbursement
Willingness to travel to sales trainings at times up to a week in length
Act in accordance with all compliance regulations as it pertains to acting as a patient advocate requiring access to clinical and billing information
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate Degree
Must have a clean, valid Driver License and a vehicle to use for work on a daily basis.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal skills
Open to change and diversity
Must be a team player
Must have very high level organizational skills
Displays professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when interacting with internal and external customers
Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally assist outside of the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Medical background desired
Experience working with SalesForce is a plus
