DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to perform multiple functions of A/P duties and other administrative duties as assigned. Must be used to working in a fast paced/multi-tasking environment where every detail counts and customer service is highly valued.
Job Responsibilities:
Timely payment of invoices to suppliers including registration, payment, and resolution
3-way match and processing of invoices. High volume invoice processing with light data entry.
Miscellaneous Invoice Processing as Needed
OCR data processing for invoices
Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm - Willing to consider part-time as well!
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree strongly preferred
One (1) year experience in Accounts Payable
Experienced and proficient in Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
High sense of urgency with exceptional problem solving skills
Detail-oriented team player with strong work ethic
Strong mathematical ability; must verify invoices for accuracy
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
