**The Project Administrative Coordinator will assist with client request and sales quotes. Will learn the business from the ground up with definite career path for growth. 100% benefits coverage.**


**Responsibilities for the Project Administrative Coordinator**


**Preparing quotes for major projects, both residential and commercial**


**Preparing needed product from technical details and floorplans**


**Dealing with clients regarding their project on the phone and in person and email Fielding phone calls to determine correct assistance for the inquiry**


**Checking on status of orders**


**Getting specifications to customers**


**Assisting Staff and Management in successfully administering projects**


**Experience/requirements for the** **Project Administrative Coordinator**


**5 years work experience related preferred**


**Bachelor degree**


**Ability to learn a proprietary computer system as well as knowledge of google suites**


**Attention to detail**


**Read floorplans and drawings to determine product requirement and placement (will provide training)**


**Ability to promptly respond to inquiries and provide feedback to staff**
