Join a team\rthat designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell\rAerospace. You will be integral in developing the software that creates the\rsolutions that meet the evolving Systems Security needs of our customers. You\rwill be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end\rof business development through product end of life.
Lead\r the development of next generation non-traditional Security products
Develop\r Software and Firmware to leverage both existing products and new concept\r designs
Interface\r with customers, engineers, designers, and production staff
Apply\r engineer knowledge, tools, and principals to develop improved\r systems
Innovate\r and design systems to safely deploy military overseas
Travel may be required within U.S. / International: 10%.
This position will be based at our Tempe, Arizona facility.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor€™s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
5 years of professional group work experience with BS degree
5 years of software development experience (C, C++, embedded, and FPGA) with BS Degree
3 years of professional group work experience with MS Degree
3 years of software development experience (C, C++, embedded, and FPGA) with BS Degree
Must be a US Citizen with understanding that a DoD Clearance application will be required
Working knowledge of Embedded Tool Suite (Libero, Soft Console, Vivaldo)
WE VALUE
MS Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Experience with Microchip or Xilinx FPGA Platform
Embedded Software with experience in implementing FPGA software
Experience with Cryptographic knowledge leveraging FPGA hardware or SSL
Experience developing embedded/FPGA software development
Extensive experience developing secure network protocols for embedded/FPGA environments (e.g., AES, DTLS, RSA, DES, MacSec, IPSec, FIPS 140-2)
Extensive experience developing serial communication protocol (e.g., A429, A664.7, RS422, CANbus)
Experience with setup and maintain continuous DevSecOp environment (e.g., Bitbucket and Bamboo) and create software installers
Ability to communication Customer/Systems requirements with both core SW and FPGA designers to meet customer expectations
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
Ability to create specific action plans, prioritize time and resources effectively
Conveys information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse, global teams
Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
