Be part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team to envision, design and develop products and systems within Honeywell€™s Sensor, Guidance and Navigation Center of Excellence. Apply your mechanical engineering and analysis expertise to find innovative, cost-effective means implement new and to improve existing techniques, procedures, products, and technologies. You will design products to meet customer needs and product quality and manufacturability requirements, for new product development, prototype builds, testing, and may serve a project manager role for smaller development projects. You will also perform Finite Element Modeling and Analysis to ensure thermal and structural product performance over its defined environments. You will develop the product designs necessary to drive product improvement and will be integral in securing present and future business by consistently meeting or exceeding Voice of Customer requirements. \r Desired experience and skills include: CREO, Siemens NX/NXi, Ansys, Matlab, GD&T, Thermal and Structural design and analysis, Finite Element Analysis and Modeling.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor€™s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or Automotive, Aerospace or Medical devices
5+ years of electronics packaging experience in Aerospace, Automotive or Medical applications
WE VALUE
Experience in Finite\rElement Modeling and Analysis Siemens NX and/or Ansys
Experience in vibration and shock isolation design
Industrial design talent
Ability to work independently
Willingness to learn new technologies
Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
Creativity
Experience developing products or sustaining existing products
Experience in a highly regulated and safety critical domain
Good knowledge of mechanical industry
