Job Description:

Provide planning, design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to the ADCNOMS project.

Perform Change, Configuration, and Release Management (CCRM).

Draft and finalize Enterprise Technical Procedures (ETPs) for system and component upgrades.

Maintain standard baseline configuration within the Federated lab and other duties to support AGM development for NETCOM.

BA/BS or equivalent experience

Qualifications/Certifications

Windows Server 2012 R2 or later/Windows 10 Desktop Operating System/Linux Operating SA

SQL/XSQL Server Administrator (SA)

MS SQL 2008 and later/Linux XSQL Database Administrator (DBA) and SQL/XSQL Reporting Non-Microsoft applications (examples of non-Microsoft applications include Active Client, Tumbleweed and ApproveIt)

Web development, including designing, developing and maintaining a customer- oriented rich-User Interface (UI) website and the ability to maintain all related data in a timely and accurate manner.

Experience working as a Front-End Web Engineer that has substantial experience in customer- oriented rich-UI websites.

Documenting designs and code and in performing configuration management.

ASP.NET Framework and C++ and understanding of Object-Oriented Design.

HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, Java, JSP, Servlet, PowerShell, and Web Portals.

Web Design, Information Architecture and Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC).

Microsoft, UNIX-based and mobile operating systems.

System/network administration, including knowledge of mobile operating systems and Linux operating systems.

Installation packaging tools and processes such as Microsoft Installer (.msi), Wise installer, Install Aware, Active Directory deployments and MS SCCM deployments.

Expertise to integrate, package and install various application installation (.exe, .bat, .msi) into a standard process.

Enterprise experience with integration, implementation and deployment of virtualized desktop operating systems and applications.

Software development for line of business applications.

Securing operating systems and applications, including mobile platforms.

Multi-platform environment, including work with Microsoft Windows and Unix-based operating systems.

Software development and coding (visual base/.NET, C++)

Software automation tools, virtualized environments, mobile applications and integration.

Design, build and maintenance of physical and virtual IT environments.

Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio.

DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification

Computing Environment Certification, MCSE

Clearance: TS/SCI
