A&M's Global Transaction Advisory Group ("TAG") is the largest transaction advisory practice outside the Big 4 audit firms. Our award-winning practice includes over 550 professionals in 25 offices across the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific. We are an established and highly active Transaction Advisory practice working for premium clients on high profile deals, large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates and LBO's. We are completely free from audit conflicts.
Over the last 15 years our Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) has established teams in London, Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt, Stockholm, Paris, Zurich & Birmingham and we have recently launched our TAG practice in Madrid. Building on the success & high profile of our Zurich team, we have now also launched our TAG practice in Geneva lead by a highly experienced Transaction Advisory Managing Director.
A&M TAG have a unique delivery model that enables junior members of the team to gain extensive exposure to Managing Directors and Senior Directors thus empowering individuals to fast track their careers and development.
We are now expanding and we are looking for experienced and ambitious Analysts to join our Transactions Advisory team in Switzerland.

A&M Culture

Responsibilities:
As part of a highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple and varied Transaction Advisory engagements, working closely with our European deal team leaders
A&M work with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure.

Our Transaction Advisory team can work alongside operational and commercial professionals enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process

Essential experience:
Strong educational background including a strong focus on Finance and / or Mathematics
Experience (including via internships) of Big Four Firms / Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity is advantageous
Fluent business level English and German or French is important. Additional European language skills including Dutch, Swedish, Italian or Spanish are highly desirable
