KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Ethics & Compliance Operations to join our KPMG Ethics and Compliance (E&C) team.


Responsibilities:


+ Design data visualizations to support monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators for the Ethics & Compliance Program

+ Employ data analytics to measure ethical culture within organization and identify trends

+ Ensure continuity of critical data operations and analysis managed by the Ethics & Compliance Operations Division

+ Regularly interface with Ethics & Compliance leadership regarding execution of tasks and responsibilities and help to drive desired outcomes for the Ethics & Compliance Program

+ Build and maintain relationships with members of the broader Ethics and Compliance team and promote cross-functional information sharing and analytics


Qualifications:


+ Minimum five years of recent experience with compliance data analytics, risk scoring, trend analysis and dashboard development; experience within a professional services firm or similar environment a plus

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

+ Advanced experience with PowerBI, Alteryx, SQL and Excel preferred

+ Demonstrated ability to model ethical leadership and set a standard for ethics and integrity in the firm

+ Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision; solid verbal/written communication skills with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority

+ Ability to demonstrate a commitment to driving diversity, equity and inclusion at the group, enterprise, industry or community level
