This position is with Citi Private Banking Global Wealth Management - Digital Development APAC/EMEA group to work within the testing automation and SDET team.


Digital development team is responsible for developing and implementing the Consumer Banking application iOS, Android and Online Internet- for 19 markets across Asia and Europe/Middle East. The team is the single owner for all the development/change/enhancement activities for Citibank Consumer Banking Group.


Work with an experienced team leveraging SCRUM techniques to deliver high-quality releases. Collaborate with product development, product management and other cross- functional groups to deliver high quality products. Create and execute test plans to ensure quality for web/mobile applications, APIs and scheduled tasks in adherence to organizations testing


This is a full time job, and the expectation from the candidate is to be be working from office, and not remote.


**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**


+ Work with various development leads, to prioritize, plan and execute the testing/SDET activities for the team.

+ Work on the release level planning and scope rationalization

+ Design and execute test steps, automate test steps from the requirements or specifications documents

+ Prepare test exit reports, defect triaging.

+ Ensure that the team is defining and implementing systems that are aligned with the organization strategy and goals. Implementation of various SDET changes which come in any organization, from time to time.

+ Adhere to the Citigroup's compliance standards and ensure compliance for the applications supported

+ Be a part of and execute the overall SDET practice for the digital application development team.


**Qualifications and Skillset**


Educational requirements : Bachelors of Engineering/Technology/Science degree in Computer Science or related field


+ 7-9 years of relevant experience in Java or any strong programming language skills.

+ 2-3 years of experience in leading a team size of 5-10.

+ Demonstrated ability to plan, create and execute test plans and test cases in a fast-paced environment.

+ Understanding of scripting and/or programming languages utilized for test verification and automation such as java.

+ Experience in workflow management using GIT / Bit-Bucket.

+ Strong Experience in any one Automation frameworks of Mobile / Web / API.

+ Understanding of API's and messaging protocols

+ Knowledge on BDD and TDD framework

+ Implemented CI/CD using Jenkins or Bamboo or etc.

+ Knowledge in virtualization using mockito, wiremock, CA LISA or any other tools.

+ Understanding of quality engineering practices, philosophies, and techniques.

+ Understanding of Agile/Scrum techniques Basic understanding of RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL server.

+ Knowledge of banking domain would be an added plus.
