KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, Salesforce Delivery Lead to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities:
+ Design and develop Salesforce solutions and technologies, working closely with delivery leads, business analysts, solution architects and product owners to architect technology solutions to meet business needs
+ Focus on platform capabilities, development and prioritization of functional capabilities and features
+ Optimize business processes, user experience, adoption and in-app training opportunities
+ Assist technical leads in the design and development of new capabilities and application processes
+ Reduce up-front costs by eliminating duplication and focusing on integration strategies, security and access optimization and knowledge transfer
+ Support ongoing application rationalization and simplification of customer experience; provide technical management of all Salesforce developers supporting the solution
Qualifications:
+ Minimum eight years of recent experience identifying configuration-related risks and development-related risks, considerations, and limits for the Salesforce platform
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
+ Awareness of other systems in use, existing integrations and overall enterprise architecture, platform standards, security model
+ Strong strategic and profound knowledge about designing platform solutions on SaaS
+ Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team
+ Able to foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
