Provide day-to-day decision making throughout the systems development lifecycle process which may involve defining scope, development requirement writing, design solutioning with the development teams, managing development backlog/prioritization decision-making, and testing and/or testing oversight and sign off.
Support one or multiple Development Teams or projects as business priorities evolve.
Communicate effectively to ensure business solutions are executed effectively and solutions are optimally built.
Work closely with developers who are responsible for organizing and delivering against technology development roadmaps; and with the Program Management Team's Project Managers who are responsible for project execution.
Assist with client implementations as necessary in coordination with all teams involved with client implementation.
Responsible for delivering quality business solutions that are impactful clients and NT partners.

Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience;
May lead medium sized projects with manageable risks and resource requirements more independently than in the past; has a proven track record of demonstrated abilities / technical knowledge of specialized area or function
A College or University degree and relevant proven work experience
Experience with Investment Management and/or Financial Services; Alternative Asset Management specific a plus
Proven product and / or project management practice valued
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related job disciplines
Applies best practices and how own area integrates with others
Is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus
Flexible and adaptable to change; capable of being a 'change agent' to identify and drive productivity transformation
