Also, can design and create scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, Backend applications using automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, TOSCA, or RPA UIPath. Should have strong communication skills.
**Role Overview**
**Automation Lead/Architect :**
Treasury & Forecasting Technology QA team is looking for a motivated talent to drive automation across multiple applications.
We are looking for a motivated Automation Lead/Architect who brings a testing mindset with a full focus on automated testing and can drive automation across multiple applications.
**Desired Skills and Experience we are Looking For:**
+ Design and create scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, Backend applications using tools such as Selenium, UFT, TOSCA or RPA UIPath.
+ Promote automation mindset and drive automation across multiple applications
+ Improve QA efficiency by implementing sprint level automation, enable hands-free automation and integrate tests to CI/CD pipeline.
+ Identify the right automation tools and build framework for new projects
+ Bringing efficiencies to the automation processes
+ Drive test data automation strategy
+ Perform POC on emerging trends in automation development
+ Stay up to speed on market trends in automation tools, processes and practices and conduct feasibility analysis.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and possesses analytical skills
+ Ability to develop strong working relationship with team members and deliver quality solutions
+ Team player, Motivated, able to grasp things quickly with analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Should have strong communication skills,
+ Review and analyze system specifications
+ Should analyze users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
+ Will participate in application planning, daily standup & retrospective meetings
+ Flexible to support onshore/offshore model
+ Experience of capital markets or banking although not an essential requirement.
**Required Skills and Experience we are Looking For:**
Advance level of experience in Selenium/TOSCA, Agile, Core Java and/or Python, SQL,
Experience in Test Automation Technologies, CI/CD,
Knowledge of API and Database Testing

**Jersey City pay range:**
$83,600 - $125,000
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
**Discretionary incentive eligible**
