Job Description:
Works under general supervision.
Provides training and technical support to design staff on the Building Information Modeling system, which provides 3D models using project specifications and content.
Direct project support and production to assigned projects and create the drawings as required using the standards and content to meet the job requirements (objects within the drawing, doors, lights, etc.).

Since 1898, AECOM Tishman has managed the construction of some of the worlds most iconic buildings. We employ a diversified preconstruction and construction management staff of structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers; architects; technology specialists; scheduling and cost control personnel; and construction estimators and accountants. We provide expert consultation and guidance in all phases of a building project, from master-planning, preconstruction options evaluation and decision-making, to design review, estimating, and scheduling, through procurement, construction and occupancy. AECOM Tishmans staff manages all consultants and contractors on a project, representing client interests throughout the project cycle. In total, AECOM Tishman has built more than 900 million square feet including the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, One World Trade Center in New York.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering or a related discipline required with 2 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in building information modeling programs and applicable techniques
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
Experience with a variety of BIM software including but not limited to Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Design Suite, Assemble, and Plangrid
Experience with a variety of design software including but not limited to Rhino, Vray, Lumion, Unity, Unreal, Twinmotion, AutoCAD, and Formit.
Knowledge and experience in the disciplines within the AEC industry
Ability to effectively meet deadlines
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Experience with Bentley Open Buildings is a plus
Familiarity with Autodesk Revit API & Dynamo, as well as Grasshopper for Rhino, are pluses.
