Responsibilities The Advanced Analytics COE is a growing team focused on modernizing reporting and developing actionable insights for senior leaders through automation, visualization, and functional expertise. This transformational journey will align cross functional executive leadership towers with actionable insights that will shape the future of PFNA. This approach allows a team member the opportunity to develop deep functional expertise across these functional environments. The goal of the Advanced Analytics COE is to answer the question before it is asked. Key Responsibilities Ability to convert strategies into actionable plans and processes. Ability to work in an unstructured environment. Takes initiative and works independently with minimal direction. Ability to work and communicate effectively with field, customer and headquarter teams. Effective leadership (influential coaching), facilitation and presentation skills. Partner with leadership to identify opportunities and help define the short-term and long-term roadmap, including the customer/end user experience and features Provide baseline support for all Growth Office Power BI applications Ensure team helps author, plan for and execute against application objectives by leading discussion, providing insights, and monitoring progress Lead the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for application enhancements and releases. Communicate and partner with stakeholders and application end users to gather requirements (UCD) for enhancements by engaging with end users frequently, both in formal and informal settings Ensure high quality of customer service by developing skills within the team that promote responsiveness, professionalism and customized support As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), develop and share experience and knowledge of applications and assertively address implications of change to existing applications during key meetings Promote excellent documentation standards by leading the team in development of accurate and complete resources, job aids, learnings, one pagers and training materials Compensation and Benefits: The expected salary range is $ 91100 -$ 132000. Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 10 % of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience Very Strong analytical and technical skills 5+ years of Database experience 3+ years Data acquisition/modeling experience using PowerBI, SSAS, SSMS, & Azure 2+ years of Microsoft Power BI programing using DAX language Demonstrated ability to initiate and drive a project agenda to completion Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to create presentations and present to small groups Ability to take initiative, problem-solve with limited direction, and navigate ambiguity to resolve issues Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize & prioritize, and coordinate across multiple teams Ability to gather data from multiple sources across PepsiCo and manipulate the data to develop meaningful and action-based reporting and analysis Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to change Must thrive in a high paced work environment, balance numerous tasks, have a strong focus on detail and be able to adhere to strict deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team Preferred 5+ years experience with FLUS business process and technology solutions Power BI performance tuning via DAX Studio Experience using Visual Studio SSAS to create and deploy tabular data models for use in Power BI Experience using Visual Studio SSDT/SSIS to create automated ETL processes Preferred Experience using Azure services 1-2 years - Experience with Teradata, DB2, SAP, Oracle and Sql Server databases MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with Lean-Agile principles, metrics, and technology and/or experience with Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Leader, Agile Covid-19 vaccination may be a condition of employment dependent on role and location.
