We have an expanding Business Development team looking for its next team-mate. Youll be in the front line of our sales process: managing inbound leads from webforms, bots and events, generating new conversations and appointments in our most strategic accounts, expanding our footprint in new markets and verticals with new prospects, and accelerating first calls to opportunities as part of the sales process. Once youve identified prospective customers and done an initial qualification, youll schedule first calls with the 4 Account Executives youre supporting in the region, helping nurture the opportunity with the team all the way through close. You are adaptable and can think on your feet.
Youre super competitive and love having monthly goals to achieve, already experienced in managing a prospective pipeline using Salesforce, Sales Loft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you already know how to position a software product/service discussing the value proposition of the portfolio and how it will add value to their business.
You excel in developing relationships, not just with clients but with the team you support, you create a personal connection with anyone you meet as they appreciate your integrity, ethics and exceptional communication skills. Youll be taking part in weekly meetings to plan account goals and align outbound prospecting activities and quarterly regional sales meetings to discuss company updates, and business and sales reviews, so there might be some travel involved.
You have an appetite for learning something new and a natural curiosity about the unknown, which is great as this technology is always advancing.
