Cloud DevOps Engineer
About Us
Liveline Technologies is dedicated to improving manufacturing performance by harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence to automate complex processes and predict future problems.
We're focused on enabling real-time control of complex factory systems that were previously considered impossible to automate. To make the technology scalable and affordable, we go one step further and automate the creation of the automated controls. Our technology is a controls engineering department in a box - supported by technical solutions experts who ensure seamless integration into the factory.
Unlike many "Industry 4.0" startups, we're focused on real-time control of process parameters using AI-based controllers in the loop. Our AI-based modeler of factory physics automatically generates input/output models of critical parameters. Using these models, we automatically develop optimal control policies using advanced AI techniques such as reinforcement learning. These policies are deployed to the edge where they run real-time inference and continuously make adjustments to physical hardware in the plant. Quite literally, this is self-driving technology for factories.
Liveline currently has pilots in four countries. We are incubating in a technology center with access to full-scale production lines across a wide variety of applicable process categories, providing us the unique ability to generate our own data as we mature the technology.
