Were seeking a **direct hire Commercial Analyst** to partner with the DPC commercial teams to drive profitable sales growth with a focus on establishing pricing policy and procedures, bookings and sales forecast and strategic plan development and deployment. **Whats a typical day Look like?**
+ Strategic Planning
+ Document and quantify strategic initiatives
+ Clearly articulate the make-up of the revenue goals by key driver
+ Translate plan into annual bookings and revenue budgets
+ Commercial Financial Business Partner to Line of Business Leaders
+ Provide ongoing support and measurement of strategic goal achievement
+ Measure price increase impact and actual price gains achieved
+ Implement and maintain Salesforce Effectiveness metrics and reporting
+ Ad hoc investigations e.g. margin and mix analysis, pricing sensitivity modelling
+ Orchestrate and continually improve the bookings forecast process
+ Develop visual analytical tools such as pricing, share gain, bookings vs. forecast etc.
+ Work closely with Sales team to understand market and competitors
+ DPC Finance
+ Lead the bookings forecasting process across DPC.
+ Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operating conditions of the department, finance function and overall business operations

+ Must have strong attention to detail with proven capabilities in handling multiple priorities.
+ High level of competency in using Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, macros, graphics)
+ Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives.
+ Experience working in a matrix organization; as a business partner with different stakeholders to support
+ Qlikview or QlikSense experience beneficial
+ This position provides guidance to others within the organization.
+ Must provide excellent customer service, internally and externally to the organization. Ability to effectively interact organizationally upwards, peer to peer and in a management capacity.
+ Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
+ Must possess strong analytical abilities, math skills and statistical analysis skills
+ The qualified candidate must be able to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within the company. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions in written form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor of Finance and/or Accountancy degree required.
+ Minimum of three years relevant experience is required.
