Atividades e Responsabilidades:
- Anlise do estgio de maturidade das startups
- Elaborao do modelo de negcio futuro e plano de negcios para viabilizar a escalabilidade da startup
- Construo de pitch deck e demais materiais para suportar o processo de fundraising e relacionamento com investidores
- Desenho e implementao de mquina de vendas nas startups
- Atuao na gesto de Finanas das startups para controle do fluxo de caixa, suporte nos processos contbeis, e implementao de iniciativas do planejamento fiscal
Qualificaes:
- Desejvel experincia prvia atuando no ecossistema de startups
- Participao em projetos com temas como vendas, estratgia, finanas e governana
- Conhecimentos em Excel e Powerpoint
Competncias:
- Aptido para trabalhar no ecossistema de startups
- Comportamento "hands-on" e colaborativo nos projetos e desenvolvimento da prtica
- Perfil para ter "skin in the game", alinhando os interesses ao crescimento das startups
