Role and Responsibilities
What will this role achieve?
Samsung Electronics Nordic is moving fast to further develop its overall digital marketing capacity. The aim is to provide best in class digital marketing communications to end consumers by delivering engaging, relevant, and timely content to increase the customer experience. In order to reach this objective, new digital tools are being implemented, as the focus on data driven marketing is greater than ever before.
Working as a CRM Specialist at Samsung means that you will be responsible of defining and leading different CRM programs and campaign activities to support the acceleration of working with cross-channel data driven marketing. You will have the leading role of the defined CRM project/campaign; responsible of the full delivery including campaign execution, content management, segmentation, project leading and analyzing the campaign outcome in order to improve. You are comfortable working with digital platforms and you have understanding and experience of working in CRM systems to manage more complex data driven projects.
What will be your key deliverables?
Samsung is seeking for an experienced CRM Specialist to lead, coordinate and execute with great speed and excellence. Your main responsibility is to define, develop and lead CRM projects to drive retention, loyalty and sales, working closely together with the CRM Manager and stakeholders within Samsungs product categories. The position is based in our Kista Office.
Project leader of newsletters, automated campaigns and other email marketing campaigns within defined product categories.
Working with the segmentation definition and manage requests to internal and external partners working with analytics and insights
Hands on daily operations to coordinate and ensure the best campaign executions
Working in strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (including e.g. agencies and contact with the Samsung European head quarter).
Manage dashboard tools; creating weekly and monthly reports.
Prepare and create presentations for plans, follow up and insights. In English.
Skills and Qualifications
In order to be successful in the position, you must have experience in project management and stakeholder management and comfortable in creating and presenting marketing execution plans.
Experience:
Direct experience from working with email marketing as well as marketing automation, with a minimum of 3+ years recent experience
A good understanding of content management and how to maximize sales and engagement in email marketing thru content, subject line, pre header and CTA:s.
Experience of CRM platforms
You are familiar working with dashboards to support building segmentation strategies (e.g. Qliksense)
You like working in a fast-paced environment, and strive for excellence in delivery and execution
Degree level in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline
You speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You have a passion for digital in general, and email marketing in particular
You are interested in sales driven results and have a creative mind in order to improve and develop the activities
You are a doer, detail oriented, proactive and structured
