Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: https://stories.pepsicojobs.com/ What will you work on: Contribute to the development of standards, policies and procedures and adhere to IT standards, policies and procedures for PC/Workstations (Laptops/Desktops) Inform stakeholders of the strategy for deployment of new OEM devices, as well as, the maintenance and upgrades of existing devices Ability to successfully lead projects related to the Nex Gen device provisioning of desktop/Laptops Windows and Macs End to End PC Lifecyle Management with OEMs such as Lenovo and Dell. Design and Develop Desktop as a Service Model to efficiently manage the PC Lifecyle within PepsiCo. Develop methods and procedures for the Modern deployment of Windows and Mac OS X machines in a corporate environment Design and create reports within management systems (SCCM and JAMF) for strategic decision making (Licensing, Patch/Vulnerability, Asset Intelligence etc.), ensuring that software distribution, patch management and upgrades can be managed centrally. Maintain expertise in relevant areas of engineering and architecture (e.g., network, AD, collaboration and communication) Identify potential areas requiring changes to or development of new policies and procedures Qualifications Who are we looking for? Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline and at least 6 -8 years of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience Overall 6 - 8 years of Core Windows / SCCM / Jamf Engineering/Architecture experience Very good knowledge and technical proficiency in SCCM/MECM/Jamf and working experience in large environments Strong Experience in Modern Device management and exposure to OEMs such as Lenovo and Dell Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and MAC OS architecture Very good knowledge of OS Imaging & Deployment via SCCM/MECM/MDT/WDS/Jamf Very good knowledge of Device Hardware assessment for various use cases and their integration into SCCM / Jamf OS deployment Very good understanding of SCCM / Jamf Application packaging, management, Windows 10 / MAC OS servicing framework Good Knowledge of Windows VDI / WVD Strong PowerShell scripting experience Understanding of Active Directory including DNS, DHCP & Networking Good Exposure to Cloud Management and Modern management features Strong technical & non-technical communication skills, both written & spoken Ability to create business cases and interpret them into technical requirements Experience in developing standards, guidelines, and policies that enable the highest quality within the SCCM/MECM/Jamf area.
