Selected Candidate would be responsible for providing support for Cybersecurity that includes several standard and custom offer customers. As part of the Global Cybersecurity Ops Team he/she should be responsible for supporting Global security center operations Tier 2 role which includes incident and change management on security products and services that includes but not limited to Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, checkpoint, Juniper and Zscaler. This job requires Flexibility of working in 24/7 rotational shifts.


Minimum 3 years of experience in security domain with exposure to Cloud Security Products. Experience in Firewalls such as Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Juniper etc.

Experience on cloud security products such as Zscaler, Palo Alto SWG/SRA /Prisma Access.

Knowledge on SDWAN Products and experience on network scripting using Python

Good communication skills with positive attitude.

Willingness to learn new technology platforms

Additional Preferred Qualifications: Recognized network and security certifications, Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE),Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Network Security Professional (CCSP), Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE) etc.


Any Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.
