Experis is looking for an experienced Data and Analytics professional to play a lead role in helping grow our Data and Analytics practice! We need a leader who will help us define a Data and Analytics service strategy and help build and support the growth of the team. The individual must have hands-on expertise and be knowledgeable in current data and analytics trends.

Design architecture, standards, processes and methods which drive innovation, value and quality through all competencies within the platform.
Develop, inspire, lead and coach an efficient, consistently high performing and engaged team of professionals within specific platform of focus.
Contribute deep technical expertise when consulting with internal and client stakeholders on major multi-platform solution design and implementation.
Create and influence thought leadership (white papers, panel engagements) to build our brand and increase share of voice.
Provide pre-sales support to the account and practice sales team.
Grow profitability across client sites by designing integrated and impactful multi-platform solutions .
Ensure timeliness and quality of major technical projects.
Drive client loyalty - continuous improvement of tracked client feedback (net promoter score) .

Qualifications:
Individuals must have:
Domain Experience: Minimum 5+ years execution and oversight of complex technical practice disciplines.
Domain knowledge in one of the following areas: Big Data, Business Intelligence, ETL, Advanced Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML.
Management: 5+ years of successful, progressively responsible project, program and engagement management.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Thought Leadership: Demonstrate external thought leadership through publication of white papers, speaking engagements, etc.
