Accountabilities: Creating high quality brand design solutions in a rapid paced, high-output environment Present design concepts in a clear and concise manner Quickly sketch ideas to create and communicate concepts Participate and contribute to brainstorm sessions Be able to iterate on designs based on direction and feedback from Brand Design lead(s) Design in alignment to evolving brand needs with emphasis on brand consistency + meet business objectives Ideate and construct ideas within a team-based design environment Help execute creative design proposals (pitches, renders, concepts, pop-ups, environmental designs, etc.) Communicates regularly. Qualifications/Requirements 7 + years studio experience as a graphic designer taking projects from concept through completion Brand, communication design background, Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design Background + understanding of brand/graphic design as well as a basic understanding of industrial design + motion preferred Strong portfolio of design work showcasing both print and digital projects Social media-minded curator Digital + photography interest or experience Brand design background and style guideline experience, 360 visual identities Strong typography and layout sensibility Great sketching (digital and/or hand sketching) skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts -- Illustration skills would be a ++ Foundational photography skills including lighting, composition, and retouching; ability to articulate ideas conceptually Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media Expert at Adobe Creative Suite programs Works well with others to deliver results; keeps others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
