**Job Description** :
The mission of the Participant Experience team is to deliver a differentiated and personalized experience that helps our participants live their best financial lives. The **_Interactive Designer/Developer_** role sits in the Creative Services team and is focused on building participant understanding and adoption of their benefits (401(k), equity award, nonqualified and other employer-sponsored plans), providing general financial education, as well as campaigns to deepen engagement including at key life events. This role will focus on digital design and be responsible for the creation of engaging responsive email, animation, social posts and tiles, video, microsites and landing pages using a combination of strong design sense and UX experience, and a solid base of modern coding standards. Some traditional media design may also be required. You must be able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Applicants for this position are required to provide a portfolio demonstrating UX, interaction and visual design experience.
Responsibilities Collaborating with Editorial, Design and Project Management teams, key responsibilities of this role include:
+ Participates in campaign kick os, review of creative briefs, concepts through design and execution; seeing projects from inception to completion
+ Supports design edits of existing materials
+ Design and code emails, microsites and landing pages
+ Use existing and emerging platforms and CMSs to boost eciency
**_Required Skills:_**
+ Experience working within design systems and design tools
+ Experience designing responsive websites, applications, and other digital
+ Full understanding of Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) guidelines and specications
+ HTML/HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JS library (jQuery, node.js etc
**_Desired Skills and Platform experience_** :
+ DOM Manipulation, JSON, SASS/LESS, Bootstrap, Web UI Toolkit, AJAX, JAVA
+ Software skills (in addition to the usual office software)
+ Apple MacOS, Adobe CC suite (primarily Dreamweaver, Photoshop, illustrator), Sketch, InVision
+ Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot etc.
+ Content Management Systems (i.e. TeamSite, CC Professional, etc.)
+ Adobe Experience Manager
+ SharePoint
+ Web analytics (IBM/Acoustic/Google etc.)
