Experienced Blockchain / Crypto Specialists for State Street Digital IT team

What you will be responsible for
As a Blockchain Platform Integration Lead you will
Drive synergy with Business Units on Analysis and design for DA and Crypto assets
Provide expertise in various crypto technologies, leading Blockchain providers, Digital market data and integration
Deliver framework and design for digital system integration with adjacent systems
Define and deliver a technology framework for DA/Crypto asset reconciliation and adjacent systems collateral management, treasury etc.
Define a perspective around Infrastructure, Instruments and Insights work with VP, Blockchain Data Analytics on synergies with Data analysis of instruments and various emerging asset classes
Development activities include development, proposing architectural decisions, participating in design, review, coding, and implementation
Identify issues and implement solutions to complex problems in the blockchain protocol Analyze and solve difficult problems across various blockchain protocol
Work closely with operations and infrastructure to build high scale services
Management of documentation of all code and functionalities implemented
Facilitate the integration of cryptocurrencies on our platforms

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 10+ years of solid IT mission critical development experience (Total years of experience can be relaxed for candidates with exceptional Blockchain / Crypto expertise)
Solid Knowledge and/or experience in blockchain / cryptographic primitives/ peer to peer network protocols
Hands-on experience with at least one or more of the following:
Development and/ or deployment on public blockchain/ consortium networks (e.g.: Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Quorum etc)
Cryptographic primitives digital signatures, key exchange, symmetric and asymmetric encryption
Knowledge of distributed systems and understanding of consensus algorithms, such as PoW, PoS, PoA, Raft or PBFT etc.
On-chain Data Analytics
Smart contract development and deployment
C++/Rust/Go/ node.js/ python/ java programming languages.
Knowledge in Custody/Self-custody business and IT workflows is an advantage
Experiences with agile development methodology (scrum/ SAFE/ LESS) is an advantage.
Experiences with engineering best practices like CI/ CD/ XP/ TDD is a strong preference.
Experience with various technologies, self-motivated, a fast learner, and have a "get things done" mentality.
Excellent communication skills in English

Great attention to detail and time-management skills
