YOUR ROLE
Drive the eCommerce portfolio optimization and Content Strategy across all brands within the Henkel Consumer brands US portfolio.
Lead both project execution and design the long-term eCommerce product portfolio. Lead the cross-functional eCommerce team which includes packaging, Formulation, contract manufacturing and PIM resources.
Manage product and marketing content strategy across all eCommerce retailers utilizing tools and resources (both internal and external)
Partner with eCommerce Sales team, key customers, National brand teams and supply chain to activate against National and Channel objectives with a focus on Top eCommerce Pureplay and Omni retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Sams).
Accountable for partnering with eCommerce Team to support the delivery of sales goals, share results, forecasting, and managing spending
Supporting role in development and delivery of regular customer presentations
Leads development of new item level financials, and improvement eCom porfolio financials, both bottom and top line, to ensure overall profitability of the account and Henkel is achieved.
Resolves any financial issues on existing items through collaboration with sales strategy, finance, supply chain, R&D and brand marketing.
Provide regular updates on Amazon, Walmart and other eCommerce retailer competitive intelligence regarding product performance consumer acceptance, media and competitive landscape.
Manages 2 direct reports: (Content Manager and eCommerce Marketing Manager) and 1 indirect: (Assistant Content Manager).

The salary for this role is $117,000.00 - $260,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Connecticut. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
