KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Collaboration and Content Enablement Senior Team Member to join our Global Audit Solutions Group.
Responsibilities:
+ Partner with the Content Enablement team and member firms to coordinate and perform activities to facilitate the delivery of customized and translated content to the member firms, including both workflow and library content
+ Leverage deployment expertise and country interactions to provide input into KGSG Audit development priorities, identify and address gaps in communication and guidance, and anticipate member firm challenges and risks based on the development roadmap
+ Collaborate with Global Audit Implementation team, gather feedback from member firms using customization and translation solutions and guidance to enable continued enhancement
+ Drive the feedback process for designated audit solutions to solicit member firm input on customization and translation solutions and guidance to ensure they meet the needs of member firms; identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes, tools, and guidance and share best practices
+ Work with the regions and member firms to understand their customization and translation needs to drive successful global transition to the KPMG Clara workflow
+ Maintain close relationships with regional deployment teams and member firm deployment stakeholders to understand member firm needs and enable two-way communications; gather and present feedback from member firms and audit professionals using Customization and Translation solution to enable continued enhancement
Qualifications:
+ Minimum ten years of recent External Audit experience; experience in the deployment of an Audit solutions at a regional or global accounting firm preferred
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; CPA Preferred
+ Prior experience implementing change management initiatives within the audit function
+ Working on a project or client engagement with a distributed team
+ Ability to build strong relationships with contacts at all levels in other member firms, especially executive/senior contacts
+ Experience supporting deployments in different countries or in different roles within a member firm (100GLB)
