KPMG is currently seeking a Manager/Director in Risk Assurance - GRC Technology for our Consulting (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.


Responsibilities:


+ Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP GRC, SAP security and audit readiness of SAP environments

+ Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls throughout the business cycle

+ Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of SAP GRC, SAP security and SAP controls

+ Supervise Associates/Senior Associates on engagements

+ Help coach and train team members to grow the SAP knowledgebase of the team


Additional Responsibilities for Director:


+ Write and present clear and concise reports and presentations containing meaningful observations and recommendations to clients and document procedures performed and conclusions reached related to projects

+ Support proposal and business development activities by assisting in the identification of new target clients, building business relationships with key executives and developing/presenting proposals

+ Provide oversight and leadership to KPMG team members regarding deliverables, project plans and performance management while contributing to industry and regulatory publications, writing professional and thought leadership articles and speaking at related conferences and seminars


Qualifications:


+ Minimum five years of recent experience in any of the following areas: SAP audit (GITC's and business process), SAP controls (GITC's and business process controls), SAP security design/re-design, SAP GRC implementation, SAP ERP implementations and upgrades, business process transformation, data analytics

+ Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred

+ Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation or effective SAP audit experience; exposure to SAP GRC version 10 is preferred

+ Project or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm is preferred

+ Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives

+ Travel as needed


Additional Qualifications for Senior Associate:


+ Minimum three years of recent experience in any of the following areas: SAP audit (GITC's and business process controls), SAP controls (GITC's and business process controls), SAP security design/re-design or SAP GRC implementation

+ Hands-on SAP controls, security or GRC implementation and effective SAP audit experience; exposure to SAP GRC is preferred

+ Project or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm is preferred
