Within A&M, Performance Improvement Practice works with Private Equity and Corporate clients throughout the business cycle by furnishing transaction advisory, performance improvement, turnaround, interim and crisis management. We differentiate ourselves by the result-driven approach, the hands-on mindset, and the ability to provide leadership amidst complex situations. Our areas of expertise include but not limited to revenue enhancement; cost optimization; supply chain operations; manufacturing operations; transformation; interim and crisis management; merger integration; CFO finance leadership etc.
Due to tremendous client demand within Asia region, A&M Asia is looking to hire Director level candidates in our China Performance Improvement Practice. Based in Shanghai/Beijing, this position will provide leadership in helping our Private Equity or Corporate clients across diverse industries with China focus in order to drive significant results with practical and action-oriented approaches.
As a Director, the candidate will act as the project leader in managing and executing various engagements of complex and high-profile situations. He/she is required to deliver rapid results with focus on bottom-line improvement.
Qualifications:
Native Chinese and fluent in English and Mandarin.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering. MBA is preferred.
12+ years of a combination of supply chain and procurement consulting and industry experience, managing performance improvement related projects ideally in electronics or Bio Pharma sectors.
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and high level of energy.
Strong leadership and proven record in managing a project team to achieve results
Good presentation, analytical, problem-solving and execution skills.
Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service.
Excellent people skills and ability to collaborate with different teams, counterparts and stake holders to achieve different milestones.
Willingness to travel and work in stressful situation.
