**Job Description:**
Responsible for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry and have extensive experience in using design and architectural patterns. Contributes to story refinement/defining requirements. Participates and guides team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle. Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. Code solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, and business) in the design and development of client requirements. Assists team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work. Designs/develops/modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained. Designs/develops/maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance). Sets up and develops a continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline. Automates manual release activities. Mentors other Software Engineers and coaches team on CI-CD practices and automating tool stack. Individual contributor.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Work with stakeholders to establish high-level solution needs
+ Provide Design and review solutions for complex use-cases always seeking innovative approaches and solution
+ Ensure the Design and Engineering approaches for complex features, are consistent with the larger portfolio solution
+ Conduct research, design prototyping, and other spike activities such as evaluating new toolsets, components, libraries, and capabilities
+ Supports/mentors/coaches team(s) on Design and practices for high code performance e.g. pairing, code reviews
+ Ensure Applications are efficiently released using the CICD pipeline
+ Constantly seek better ways of solving technical problems and designing the solution
+ Develops and governs best practices for data infrastructure and development
+ Coordinates Performance Engineering assessment and validation of production readiness for non-functional requirements
**Required Skills: 5 + Years of experience in the below skill sets.**
+ Design and delivery, creating frameworks, interfaces, and complex components and Capabilities
+ Development experience in .NET
+ Designing and delivering application engineering for scale and performance
+ Databases and distributed data development
+ API development experience
+ Experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, XLR, and other tools
**Desired Skills:**
+ Proven skills in case management, workflow/process automation, and data analytics
+ Experience with TIBCO or other workflows / messaging framework
+ Experience with JAVA development
+ Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills with the ability to connect with Business and Technology Stakeholders
+ Experience using Messaging Frameworks, patterns, and Practices

**Jersey City pay range:**
$90,500 - $160,000
annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
