Our E-Commerce Specialist will be based within the Customer Care division within the Nordics. Good collaboration is required with regional offices and back-office in Customer Care teams, IT, Sales and Marketing teams, SAMs Remote engagement and OTC / ESTORE value streams.
**A Day in the Life**
The E-Commerce specialist contributes to all activities that drive increase of electronic ordering. The E-Commerce specialist plays key-role in cost savings and continuous process improvement, especially focusing on the quality of electronic ordering, perfect order and increasing touchless orders and invoicing.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Communicating and pointing out value proposition of eCommerce business to Medtronic Business Partners, operating units and external customers
+ Responsible for monitoring the utilization of EDI via each BU for strategic accounts
+ Increase EDI rate and usage of all automized business solutions.
+ Enhancing knowledge of eCommerce trading with the Customer
+ Continuously improve electronic orders through root cause analyses using celonis data and CIC data
+ Drive touchless or one-touch order processing activities
+ Analyzing and monitoring customer E-Commerce capability
+ Identifies and implements solution in cooperation with customer / sales / CC Reps
+ Maintaining information flow between customer and MDT
+ First point of contact for Sales and Customer Care for requests on EDI operational issues.
+ Participant in eCommerce projects
+ Attends testing and workshops during development of eCommerce solutions Planning, development, and approval of test cases for new releases
+ Promotion of web portals and platforms
+ Presents results and solution after optimization (to improve performance and reduce costs)
+ Attends eCommerce meetings events determined by the EDI Supervisor
+ Partner with our EDI suppliers to get the best service
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Up-to-date eCommerce knowledge of best practices for customer and operational solutions.
+ Minimum of 3-years job experience preferable in Customer Care or Technical departments
+ SAP-User Knowledge or other ERP-systems
+ Good knowledge of MS Office Package (esp. excel, power point)
+ Good commercial understanding

+ Basic understanding of EDI and PEPPOL
+ Customer and Service focused
+ Sales sensibility
+ Proactive personality
+ Goal and solution minded
+ Able to work in structured way and well organized
