We're looking for a QA Engineer who would manage all QA processes, helping the software engineering teams deliver quality software at all times. The team is collaborative, impact-focused, and holds each other to a high standard. You will work closely with our business partners and identify customer pain points, helping to find potential issues before our customers do. In this role you will have several distinct responsibilities and priorities: Perform and document risk analyses related to software quality Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness Create test plans Discover bugs within software Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes Document test cases Record test progress and results Code automated tests Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing Identify any potential problems that users might encounter Perform manual and automated testing Research and analyze product features being tested Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality Note:- COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment for this role. Qualifications/Requirements 2+ years of industry-experience performing QA for production web-based applications Expert time-management and prioritization within a fast-paced environment Experience with Cypress.io / Webdriver.io / Selenium, or any modern testing automationframework Experience working with eCommerce, applying QA practices in an Agile, continuous-deployment environment Knowledge of help desk/ticketing software such as Jira or Zendesk Familiar with Agile development processes and tools such as Jira or Pivotal Tracker Excellent written and verbal communication Relocation Eligible: Not Eligible for Relocation Job Type: Regular All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.
