WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? As the eCommerce Program Manager, you will have oversight of the programs and projects related to VHL’s e-Commerce storefront and corporate website. You will act as the liaison between both internal and external teams with the objective of advancing VHL’s revenue-driving goals related to the Magenta platform roadmap.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Oversee requirements and maintenance of Magento integrations with internal implementation of multiple e-Commerce tools (i.e. SalesForce, Avalara, Marketo, GreatPlains, Braintree, Amazon)
Ensure storefront and corporate website roadmap projects achieve or exceed their requirements, deliver as planned and meet their resourcing objectives.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Marketing and Business Operations to identify and define strategic, revenue-driving priorities for our storefront and corporate site Magento roadmap.
Partner with team members and vendors to manage feature planning, design, development and delivery for our storefront and corporate site initiatives.
Write clear and concise enhancement requirements and ensure UX/Engineering teams have the information needed develop these improvements.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, vendor resources and work plans.
Manage our custom Google Analytics and Tag Manager implementation and account configurations.
Provide reporting and analysis of site statistics and data relative to established goals and KPIs.
Coordinate with Marketing and SEO vendor to monitor traffic and rankings, review technical SEO issues and facilitate keyword research to guide content teams.
Evaluate existing processes for efficiency opportunities and lead the change.
YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
Bachelor’s degree minimum required
3+ years’ experience overseeing eCommerce or software development programs required
Education, publishing or similar industry knowledge required
Experience with collecting, analyzing, reporting and presenting on data
Experience presenting and translating content effectively to both technical and non-technical teams
IDEAL IF YOU HAVE or ARE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
Master’s degree
Agile software development experience, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet
Experience working in Magento, SalesForce
LOCATION:
Hybrid: Our ideal candidate would be based in the Boston, MA area and work on a hybrid schedule, though we are open to remote applicants for this position, remote employees are expected to travel to our Boston, MA office on an as needed basis. Candidates must meet this requirement in order to be considered.
