Boeing Global Services Digital Solutions team is currently looking **Experienced Scrum Master** (.NET) to join their team in **Bengaluru, KA.** As a Software Engineer, you will be part of the Boeing Global Services Digital Solutions team, which develops software applications and products that create direct value to its customers. **Position Responsibilities** **:**
+ Owner of the Process. Knowledgeable on the effective process steps needed to execute a project successfully and deliver business value early.
+ Has strong leadership, facilitation, team building and communication skills. Has strong knowledge of project planning, execution and control principles.
+ Initiates and plans projects successfully by setting up the required meetings, involving the right SMEs, allocating resources, developing the project release plan and producing the desired deliverables during that phase.
+ Executes projects effectively by coaching the team on iterative delivery of high quality valuable stories. Sets up and facilitates the core iteration planning, daily scrum, demo and retrospective meetings.
+ Manages progress by keeping track daily of teams performance. Identifies daily impediments/issues and takes ownership of issue resolution so team can perform. Possesses a high sense of urgency towards impediment removal. Uses visual task boards for tracking daily progress and keeping the iteration big picture in front of everyone on the team. Responsible for building the project metrics dashboards.
+ Maintains project plans and makes sure the project is conforming to the necessary quality control standards.
+ Reports and communicates current status and progress to management and stakeholders. Produces reports such as burn up charts, velocity trends, project release plans, financial reports, agile software development metrics(test automation, code coverage etc.) and others to the business and stakeholders.
+ Builds a culture of high performance by creating motivated self-organizing, highly collaborative and results driven teams that aim to deliver high quality valuable software each iteration. Uses the Servant Leadership style instead of Command and Control
+ Controls and manages the project scope, cost, and schedule and resource changes by tracking each one, addressing changes and getting appropriate approvals as necessary.
+ Partners with the Product Owner to understand the business value that needs to be delivered from the project and help drive the team towards this vision and project goal.
+ Estimate user stories/features (story point estimation) and tasks in hours with the required level of accuracy and commit them as part of Sprint Planning.
+ Contributes to the Backlog refinement meetings by promptly asking relevant questions to ensure requirements achieve the right level of DOR.
+ Works with the Product Owner to confirm that the code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality.
+ Raise/Escalates any impediments/risks (technical/operational/personal) professionally and holds owners responsible for removing them quickly.
+ Monitors and coaches each team member on playing their role effectively including the Product Owner. Identifies any resources performance issues and collaborates with resource managers to resolve issues in addition to communicating positive role performance.
+ Update the status and the remaining efforts for their tasks on a daily basis
+ Ensures change requests are treated correctly and tracked in the system, impact analysis done and risks/timelines are appropriately communicated.
+ Develops working software towards committed Team PI Objectives and Iteration plans.
+ Delivers working software in accordance with expected quality standards.
+ Designs for testability: Design and evolve the system to support testability and test automation.
+ Works on prototyping and evaluates technical feasibility
+ Lead others to identify, evaluate and document complex computing system requirements
+ Lead activities to architect, design, build and test delivery systems and components.
+ Provide technical leadership to evaluate product usability, affordability, functionality, security and performance to assess

+ Provide technical support and consultation for the implementation and usage of complex delivery systems
+ Develop high-quality software design based on defined system architecture
+ Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle
+ Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
+ Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting (E2E Testing, Unit Testing, Integration Testing)
+ Review and debug code. Perform validation and verification testing
+ Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): (9-12 years)**
+ Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 to 12 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 8 to 11 years' related work experience.
+ Responsible for Scrum Ownership for 6 *Feature/Product Teams and 4 other **partial scrum teams
+ Perform standups and scrum ceremonies for the same
+ Project audits and Quality compliance
+ Aiding Engineering manager/Software Delivery Manager to execute delivery activities
+ Will report to Delivery manager on execution metrics etc., WSR, Monthly reviews and Quarterly reviews
+ Will take care of regular metrics reporting
+ Participate in BIE Software- ABS-wide project management/SAFe Agile practices CoPs to bring in best practices within Boeing India Leasing Team
+ Helps Integrates and connects multiple teams on regular basis- aid RTE with appropriate metrics information
+ Teams spread wide across the globe.
+ Coach the team on SAFe
+ Knowledge of Angular 2+, Microsoft ASP.Net MVC
+ Knowledge of unit testing frameworks
+ Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
+ Entity framework or any equivalent library
+ Good understanding of REST API principles.
+ Deep knowledge around software design patterns
