The Experiential Marketing Manager's primary responsibly is to successfully manage all strategic aspects of BMW internal experiential marketing. This will include the management and program development of National Dealer Meetings, the National Aftersales Conference and all Sales/Aftersales incentives. He/she will also be responsible for developing and managing all speaker content and the creative and overall event strategy. They will be responsible for managing vendors to select appropriate menus, catering needs and room design, entertainment, and audio-visual needs. He/she will also develop and present creative concepts and communication material to launch vehicle programs and produce the dealer launch program. This position will create speaker graphics and content for the BMW NA executives for product reveals and retail business meetings.
The Experiential Marketing Manager will be responsible for the full execution of dealer meetings and incentive trips to motivate and show the direction of the sales company. These events will influence dealer morale and create investment opportunity. They will also be responsible for creating opportunities to communicate, educate, and motivate Dealers all the way to the highest level of the dealerships.Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business or equivalent work experience required
8-10 Years in hospitality and/or event management
3-5 of automotive experience required
Automotive experience preferred
