Job Summary:
Operating under the direction of the Global HR Systems Engagement Tower Leads, this role will support or lead selected project-based activities that include HCM activities such as data analysis, project coordination, workstream organization, HR engagement and follow up, RAID log management, status updates, My Oracle Support activities, presentation material preparation, ServiceNow ticket management, vendor engagement, follow up and project organization, requirements clarification, testing support, and other initiatives where needed to support the HCM program.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
The BSA will partner with members of IT operations, Compliance Teams, HRIS, and Human Resource Functional Stakeholders in ensuring solutions are aligned within the enterprise delivery principles.
The BSA will maintain organization of workstream activities and follow up on outstanding deliverables, driving open project items to successful closure.
The BSA will routinely and actively manage project RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions Log) items and ServiceNow tickets for the supported module or workstream.
The BSA will engage with the Engagement Leads, HR Systems PMO, Vendors, and Functional HR regularly to achieve specific outcomes.
The BSA will follow the HCM Roadmap project methodology and protocols currently in use.
The BSA will be responsible for selected documentation creation
The BSA will be responsible in ensuring the HR Application Management Services teams are following all required security and Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) protocols as set forth by CooperVision
The BSA may be required to interpret functional HR requirements into design requirements.
The BSA may support the user testing process, ranging from staging, support, and participation.
The BSA may be required to support the HR Change Management team in ensuring the training team is supported with configured environments and the supporting test data.
The BSA may be required to manage specific intakes and SDLC ServiceNow tickets.
Travel Requirements:
Expected travel is less than 20%
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Functional configuration knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM. Modules to include Core, OTBI/BIP, Workforce Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Oracle Cloud Recruiting, Oracle Guided Learning
Oracle Taleo Recruiting Enterprise Edition, including integration support experience
Ability to create and edit Oracle OTBI/BIP reports and extracts
Knowledge of ServiceNow in support of production tickets, software controls, and SDLC activities
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, such as SOX, GDPR, PIPEDA
Strong knowledge of HR processes and cycles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to develop productive partnerships with stakeholders
Ability to adapt to a fast and dynamic environment with overlapping initiatives

Experience:
10+ years of experience in HR processes and supporting data structure models and systems
5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM and Taleo
Commensurate technical and functional experience to perform required job duties
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Education:
Bachelor of Science Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience is required
Oracle HCM Cloud module certifications, a plus
