Citi is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst for its Global Spread Products (GSP) Technology team that serves the Origination and Banking business. We are looking for a talented professional with a balance of technical and business acumen to partner with the business and guide the development of innovative technology solutions for internal and external clients to manage documents and checklists (internal and external portal). The candidate will be a core member of technology team responsible for leading and implementing projects to automate and enhance technology solutions for business.

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Work among a team of committed individuals to solicit and document detailed and thorough system and function requirements (BRD) to enhance business technology platform

+ Record and organize enhancement requests and issues in JIRA

+ Partner with senior business stakeholders to formulate projects, technology deliverables and roadmap planning

+ Maintain meeting minutes and summaries to ensure effective, on-going communication across all team members

+ Work with developers across multiple global regions to translate business requirements into technically feasible and efficient solutions

+ Collaborate effectively with application managers to ensure project deliverables remain on track and aligned with business goals

+ Transition requirements to QA teams across multiple global regions and assist in identifying test scenarios

+ Determine schedule for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), conduct User demos and identify which roles and scenarios need to be tested by the business

+ Prepare User Acceptance Test cases/scripts, monitor and control user acceptance testing progress to meet UAT completion timelines

+ Prepare and deliver training materials and User guides for UAT and production roll out

+ Investigate possible bug scenarios and production support issues

+ Deliver material/presentations to Senior Management, internal and external clients

+ Identify and communicate project risks as they arise and escalate when appropriate

+ Provide crosscoverage of other functions in the area when needed

+ Flexibility to conduct night and/or morning requirement discussions with offshore teams


**Skill and Qualifications**


+ Undergraduate degree in business, MIS/computer science

+ 710 years experience in business analysis in technology area

+ Familiarity or the ability to quickly understand and formulate functional requirements pertaining to complex workflows, or integration with external application

+ Deep familiarity with full software development lifecycle, particularly agile

+ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with tremendous attention to detail

+ Superb analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

+ Experience with document management and checklist management with internal and external portal a plus

+ Experience with effective scope management and stakeholder management skills

+ Proficient at writing and delivering detailed and accurate business and functional requirement documents and presentations

+ Attention to detail and meeting deadlines

+ Ability to multitask and work under pressure

+ Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint

+ SDLC ToolsExperienced with JIRA and familiarity with Bitbucket, Teamcity, uDeply is a plus

+ Strong working knowledge of databases, SQL, DML, DDL, Stored Procedures and functions with working experience and ability to correlate the relational data to application functionality


**This position will be on a Hybrid work model, working 2-3 days a week in office.**
