The **Head of Site Reliability Engineering / DevOps Senior Lead/ Site Reliability Engineering Lead (SREs)** is a senior position that manages a portfolio of **10+ CSI apps** supporting key critical client impacting / facing processes such as account / product onboarding , revenue management and forecasting, sales forecasting, finance reporting, pipeline management and ICG business development.

As we expand our offerings and users, we are currently seeking an experienced SRE to deliver insights from massive scale data in real time. Systems approach and solution attitude is key to this role.

**Qualifications:**
+ The ideal candidate will possess **15+ years of progressive senior technology leadership** experience leading transformational technology efforts, ideally in the financial sector or mid-size Fintech companies. Significant **transformation experience** in other industries will be valued as well. If not, someone who has worked in a **global, matrix environment and has experience with a complex dispersed server community.**
+ Track record of driving digital technology programs and driving adoption of the capabilities in the markets.
+ Should have progressed up through **application development as well as had application management experience.** Should have insight to understand where there might be issues, how to change them and potentially automate it.
+ Should have knowledge of **Linux, UI, and middleware** .
+ Proficiency in dealing with multiple senior stakeholders including Executive Committee, Business and Function Heads at Global, Regional and Local Levels.
+ Superior Change Leadership and people management skills.
+ Forward looking with high levels of flexibility and ability/preference to work in uncertain, ambiguous, and constantly changing contexts.

**Additional Job Description:**
+ This Rolewill provide a formalized approach to managing the site reliability engineering of large ICG platforms that are impacting clients ( external / internal ) globally and hence need a disciplined approach that will maximize the value of these collective assets ( 10+ CSI, 10000users, 100+ features / functions / reports that are client impacting and time sensitive ).
+ The productivity of the users is reliant on a stable and reliable infrastructure suite. This function will lead a team that will provide this capability formally and also ensure adequate support is provided to the development team to achieve the same in the context of their development toolset.
+ Embed into application teams on a rotating basis.
+ You will help organize, secure, and automate existing infrastructure and deployments.
+ Develop new capabilities, coordinating implementation across a large number of teams including infrastructure, developer tools and information security.
+ Adapt existing capabilities to the team's specific circumstances, technology stack and business requirements.
+ Learn from applications internally developed best practices and help adopt them across the organization as new capabilities.
+ Serve as subject matter expert providing direction.
+ Implement, monitor, and maintain CI/CD frameworks.
+ Prove and iterate capabilities by applying them to real world applications.
+ You will work closely with developers to provide feedback and drive operational improvements within our products and operations infrastructure.
+ Take part in post-incident review and help guide changes to avoid future incidents in a blame-free post-mortem.
+ Influence a culture of Site Reliability Engineering. Engage in training and mentoring to help develop other engineers with SRE mind set.
+ Reporting on key performance (SLA) including Major Incidents, major projects.
