Job Description
Intel has announced a major expansion of Intel's production capacities in Europe and plans to develop two first-of-their-kind semiconductor fabs in Magdeburg, Germany, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt. Planning has started, with construction expected to begin in the first half of 2023 and production planned to come online in 2027, subject to European Commission State aid approval and funding approval by the German authorities.

We are looking for someone who is excited to support Intel's IDM (Integrated Device Manufacturing) 2.0 strategy, the largest set of expansions Intel has ever seen, with new and growing manufacturing organizations in Europe, the US and Asia.
In March, Intel announced the first phase of its plans to invest 80 billion euros in the European Union over the next decade along the entire semiconductor value chain. This includes an initial investment of 17 billion euros in a leading-edge semiconductor fab mega-site in Magdeburg in Germany. With this landmark investment, Intel plans to bring its most advanced technology to Europe, creating a next-generation European chip ecosystem and addressing the need for a more balanced and resilient supply chain.
This role is for a Senior Organization Development Partner (ODP) to principally support the creation and development of the planned Germany mega-site in Magdeburg. The incumbent will join Intel's Global Organization Development team and be part of the Organization and Talent Capability (OTC) group. OTC's mission is to align, develop, and deploy organization and talent solutions and services in support of business execution. As an organizational expert, you will play a crucial role in the success of the Magdeburg operation, helping to design the organization, architect culture interventions to help foster Intel's culture, drive alignment amongst systems and stakeholders and build team and organizational capability. This role is a hybrid role based in Magdeburg Germany.
Organization Development Partners are responsible for the following:
Developing and delivering organization development solutions that result in top and bottom-line growth.
Collaborating across the Business HR team and the Organization and Talent Group (OTC) to design and implement scalable organization development solutions at the business unit and Enterprise level.
Coaching and advising business leaders on organization development related topics.
Analyzing organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships, culture, and work processes to increase organizational effectiveness.
Applying and leading change management processes to implement organizational change plans.
Consulting with the HR Account team to guide the application of OD principles aligned to the larger business unit, function, or region.
Executing organization development initiatives including developing methods for measuring effectiveness that support improved organizational performance.
Using Objectives and Key Results (OKR)s to identify challenging OD objectives and delivering OD key results with measurable deliverables and impact.
Flexing to meet different Intel client and business needs, shifting client groups, as needed.
Contributing to organization development team efforts to capture and share standards, best practices, external benchmarking, and innovative practices related to culture, change management, team effectiveness, strategy operationalization, organization design, and organization diagnosis.
Meeting with globally dispersed teams and travelling, as necessary, for the work.
Key Metrics:
Successful implementation of the interventions as measured by OD OKRs.
Employee Engagement Survey (EES) Scores and improvement over time.
Successful business, BHR, and OTC relationships and partnerships.
This role entails intensive planning and design efforts in various areas of this function, for this project and related projects.
The scope of role requires new employee to be located in Magdeburg from first day of work. Interim location of this role is Home Based Office until office premises will be available, ETA: Q4 2022.

Integration. Partner across HR to identify and deliver scalable solutions.
Qualifications:
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience in organization development or related work experience.
10+ years of experience in organization development or change management will be considered in lieu of a degree.
German language
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Organization Development (MSOD) or related field.
Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Human Capital Strategy, Change Management or any other relevant certification program.
