Job Summary
The Implementation Specialist II plays an essential role in providing onsite implementation of award-winning products to clients in the healthcare, government and enterprise industries. This position requires frequent travel within the U.S. and Canada, good project and time management skills, and excellent communication skills to represent the leading interpretation company in the world. Essential Job Functions
The Implementation Specialist II is responsible for coordinating and leading moderately complex implementation projects
Works with external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions
Supports the business continuity of the Company and LLS clients as an essential worker
Conducts in depth client research to understand business needs
Leads meetings and drafts meeting recaps based on own notes and notes from support specialists, if available
Evaluates client needs, develops plans that support business processes
Keeps track of and documents all client implementation activities in SalesForce
Identifies gaps and opportunities for the implementation process through client assessments
Defines implementation plans for clients and executes the plan
Drafts, reviews, finalizes and submits implementation plans and reports to clients
Drafts standard materials, decides on type and quantity of equipment and enters orders in Salesforce
Coordinates all logistics for the roll out of products (equipment arrival, travel, schedules, etc.)
Inventories, installs, tests and troubleshoots equipment in the field
Provides training and end-user support (onsite or remotely) during and after the implementation process and completes proper documentation
Leads the whole team and coordinates all logistics remotely or while at the client's location and assigns a lead per team. Also responsible for maintaining an organized staging area, by handling trash disposal, and managing any old equipment
Participates in special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, requires 3 to 4 years of related experience
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate project management skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Good public speaking and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends to accommodate customer needs and requests
Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
Good follow-up skills; the ability to understand and develop the "big picture"; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of importance and ownership
Self-motivated, self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented
Knowledge of the interpretation and translation industry preferred
Work experience in the healthcare industry preferred
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Physical Activities
Constantly talking and moving to provide hands-on training and demonstration of equipment
Walking, standing, kneeling and bending while onsite at customer locations to prepare, deploy and install equipment
Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds
Other Requirements
Travel by plane and/or car is required up to 85%
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Must have a valid US passport and/or Permanent Resident Card
Ability to work in hospital's clinical and support areas, by interacting with staff and installing interpreting equipment in the hospital premises including patients' rooms
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including but not limited to N95 masks, as prescribed by the client and local agencies
Must be able to comply with mandatory health screening requirements, in addition to other rules and regulations, as prescribed by the client and local agencies
Must be able to receive booster shots and vaccinations, including but not limited to the COVID-19 vaccination, as prescribed by the client and local agencies
