Summary

This position is located at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Office of Technology and Innovation. As an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) ICAM Architect, you will serve as the Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) architect responsible for hands-on design, development, and integration of ICAM solutions including identity management, provisioning, authentication, PKI, single sign-on, and authorization with CFPB applications.

Responsibilities

As an IT Specialist (INFOSEC) ICAM Architect, you will:

• Leverage experience with ICAM tools including SailPoint IdentityIQ, Radiant Logic, Okta, CyberArk Privileged Access Security, Entrust IdentityGuard, Active Directory/LDAP or similar products. Strong working knowledge of ICAM protocols including LDAP, SAML, WS-Fed, OpenID/OpenIDConnect, SCIM, OAuth.

• Assist with driving the ICAM architecture forward, identifying requirements, providing thought leadership and modernizing ICAM services in hybrid and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, SaaS) with mobility and automation at the forefront.

• Gather business requirements and translates them into actionable technical requirements.

• Work with stakeholders to resolve conflicting requirements and makes recommendations for prioritization.

• Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of ICAM tools and technologies, as well as analyzing business processes for gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Simultaneously address multiple technical issues and drives corrective actions to completion in a timely manner and supports the optimal performance of ICAM systems.
