Position description

This is a full time remote position within the United States.

The Cardiology System Unit looking for a skilled individual to provide operational support for the Echo and Preventive Cardiology customers. An ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Cardiology systems that are supported across multiple Mayo Clinic sites and prefer experience in one or more have Java/REACT, .NET Core, Web API, WPF/C# and Web Application understanding, and Oracle/SQL Server experience. Additional skills including System Integration of vended systems, PACS, IBM ODM rules engine, HL7, FHIR cast , Azure AD, MS IIS, Azure Pipelines, Azure App Service, and Apigee is preferred. Responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting multiple Echo applications, completing project related work and participating in 24x7 on call duties. This person is expected to develop and maintain professional relationships with Mayo Clinic Staff and vendors for the purpose of planning, implementing, evaluating and supporting IT solutions. Project implementation and EHR integration experience desired.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree and 3 years experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience;

Or, Associates degree and 7 years experience, including 1 year demonstrated technical experience.

Additional qualifications
Applies effective system design principles and software development methodologies. Demonstrated ability to multi-task among multiple complex assigned tasks/projects. Evidence of strong communication, meeting management, and organizational skills and ability to adjust the message as appropriate to the audiences of varying technical capabilities. Evidence of project management skills. Possesses an objective and positive attitude with all tasks and projects. Possesses a high level of project and deliverable consistency through demonstrated repeatable and reliable performance. Evidence of ability to take initiative and proactive on starting tasks and assignments and ability to work independently. Experience working in healthcare technology. Exposure to managing both custom developed and vendor-supplied applications. Masters degree in applicable field preferred.
