**Job Description**


+ Lead a team of Java engineers building the next generation of trading platform

+ Work with Product Managers, Tech leads and Architect team to build and deliver the book of work

+ People management oversee individual development plans for team members, conduct 1 on 1s, promote talents

+ Participate in the hiring process of the team

+ Be Hands-On and feel passion about writing low latency, high performance and resilient Java applications

+ Develop applications for low-latency area, real world trading robots operate in Foreign Exchange and crypto areas

**Experience & Qualifications**


+ Team leader experience 3+ years

+ Experience with Hiring new employees

+ Passion for core Java and multithreading knowledge

+ Be able to design and implement efficient algorithms

+ Good understanding of how hardware / Linux / JVM works

+ Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Experience working in agile development methodologies, and in fast cycles


**Education**


+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience

+ Masters degree preferred
