Leads complex data analysis for developing an understanding of customer segmentations and communications operational tactics to provide insight. Guides the development of program strategies and technology that are highly relevant and personalized. Provides insight and perspective on programs and technology, then recommends course of action based on observations and analyses resulted from interactions, campaigns or programs.

Job Responsibility

  • \r

  • Ensures clients requirements and product needs are defined, and guides them through the set up process.

  • \r

  • Ensures data mining exploration is conducted using the data repository to provide greater insight into customers and their behaviors, trends, and preferences; synthesizes and translates raw data into actionable analyses and reports.

  • \r

  • Oversees and maintains client specific project plans and schedules, ensuring resources are scheduled accordingly to complete tasks on time and efficiently, while managing client expectations during the onboarding process.

  • \r

  • Maintains audience management through the detailed understanding of customer demographics and psychographic segmentations for use of behavioral targeting and personalization.

  • \r

  • Builds and creates audience segmentations and facilitates automations and customized journeys across all channels (web, mobile, email).

  • \r

  • Identifies opportunities to help reduce risk in decision making, in order to optimize the new brand, and customer journey experience.

  • \r

  • Develops, designs, plans and coordinates customer journey and pathways for different audiences, collaborates with stakeholders to orchestrate channel delivery.

  • \r

  • Collaborates closely with Centers of Excellence and business units to ensure all customer interactions and integrated marketing campaigns are aligned.

  • \r

  • Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • \r

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.
