About Role
We seek a hands-on Lead/Senior Software Engineer with DevOps and Cloud skills to join and be a leader for a team of engineers and infrastructure experts. In this role, you will span how we build microservices, our test-release-deploy cycle, and monitor our production services. Above all, youll automate your work and build reusable tools for our other teams and our customers efficiency.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Engineering experience with internet services
Expertise with observability, monitoring, and alerts of production code
Leadership of code-management through source control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
Capable in a scripting language and object-oriented/structured programming
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience troubleshooting relational databases and distributed platforms
Experience building APIs
Experience maintaining and developing Python, & Node applications
Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation, or other configuration management automation
Experience configuring and managing AWS (Amazon Web Services), using the CLI/SDKs
Experience participating in production Incident Management / Escalation Management on-call
Experience building data analytics tools
Experience with natural language generation/processing or machine learning
Product influence among and for internal stakeholders
Project management, team-lead, or scrum-lead (scrum master) experience
