KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist OnDemand Autodealer Business Analyst to join our Advisory Services (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.


Responsibilities:


+ Work with Solution Team, Subject Matter Experts to develop business and system use cases, functional, non-functional and operational requirements

+ Represent Solution Owner in functions including backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, sprint planning/grooming and user acceptance testing

+ Eliciting and capturing business requirements in an Agile software development environment.

+ Decomposing and documenting Epics into Features and User Stories down to detailed functional and nonfunctional requirements

+ Facilitating the Team in developing acceptance criteria for user stories.

+ Work with our Tech Leads, Project Managers and offshore development teams managing work using Agile Scrum & Kanban boards

+ Assist with operational transition, training, knowledge transfer and SOP documentation


Qualifications:


+ Minimum eight years of recent experience as a business analyst

+ Experience writing requirements for custom solutions using an agile software development process; experience building software for clients, providing robust documentation and interacting with multi-disciplined teams; experience in consulting, software development, data and analytics, ERP, user testing and successful implementation

+ Ability to take strategic direction from executive management; initiative; ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance

+ Ability to travel as necessary
