**Job Summary:**


The Corporate Services Technical Project Manager position is a TPM role within Corporate Services at Disney Streaming.

**Responsibilities:** This Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously across a variety of internal engineering teams, with a product-focused approach on internal technology systems and applications. A key focus of this role is the capability to build roadmaps for our IT ecosystem, while understanding the unique needs of a fast-moving streaming organization. The TPM is expected to be a product owner of a suite of applications related to identity, collaboration, and workflows (for example, Sailpoint, Jira, ServiceNow).


This individual will be responsible for documenting technical requirements and user stories, managing and coordinating engineering resources, and scheduling initiatives to deliver exceptional results on time and on budget. A successful candidate will thrive under tight deadlines, be able to prioritize multiple high priority projects, and communicate project status consistently to engineers as well as business stakeholders and executives.


**Basic Qualifications:**


+ 5-7+ years of project management experience, managing multiple concurrent, highly visible initiatives

+ Demonstrable experience in managing both software development and infrastructure projects, with a technical background

+ Awareness and understanding of implementation and customization of IT tools (Jira, Sailpoint, Google Suite, ServiceNow)

+ Preferred to have PMP or ScrumMaster certifications

+ In-depth expertise executing Agile methodologies and mastery of industry-standard project management tools such as JIRA to bring structure to a variety of engineering projects and teams

+ Competency at working with project stakeholders at various levels to define project scope and objectives, with a focus on product excellence and communicating requirements to development teams

+ Excel in leading effective meetings (keeping teams on track), while planning, documenting decisions, and following up on action items and deliverables

+ Display initiative, take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving blockers, and drive the conversation with transparent communication and relationship building
