Global Risk and Controls Technology (GRCT) within Global Functions Technology (GFT) supports global functions partners such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM), Retail Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Model Risk, Internal Audit, O&T Business Risk Control and Citi Chief Administrative Office. Enterprise Risk Management covers Risk Identification, Risk Measurement, Appetite and Limits, Risk Analytics, New Activity Risk Management, Risk Framework and Policy, Enterprise Risk Management Governance.
The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst / **Lead UI Developer (Angular) - Vice President** is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Hands-on involvement in development, design, architecture, and code review
+ Build for highly reliable, scalable, and maintainable web applications
+ Work closely with our stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment
+ Follow solid agile software development practices
+ Provide thought leadership in research, design, and implement improvements to existing and new applications
+ Work closely with cross-asset UI teams to adopt best practices and standard frameworks
**Qualifications:**
+ 10 plus years of overall application development experience.
+ 4 plus years experience with **Angular 4** and above (currently using Angular 13)
+ Proficient in **JavaScript, Typescript** .
+ Proficient in CSS 3, HTML 5, ES6+ and writing cross-browser compatible code.
+ Solid Experience with reactive programming concepts and RxJs (Observables)
+ Solid Experience with NgRx or any other Redux libraries
+ Experience with Micro-frontend
+ Experience with third-party libraries such as AG Grid or similar
+ Strong understanding of **UX and visual design**
+ Unit Testing (Jasmine, Karma, Jest)
+ E2E Testing (Protractor, Cypress)
+ Working knowledge of Java 8 and above, backend REST APIs
+ Experience with Agile (Scrum)
**Education:**
+ Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience
+ Masters degree preferred
