Summary
HII Mission Technologies is seeking an Air Battle Manager/C2 Mobility Air Forces Distributed Mission Operations (MAF DMO) Subject Matter Expert for Scott Air Force Base located in Orlando, FL.
What you will do
Analyzes and provides recommendations on issues dealing with disciplines such as military command control and communications, electronic warfare, weapon systems, contingency operations, Military Tactics Techniques and Procedures (MTTP), force planning, and training exercises. Coordinates with user community representatives throughout all phases of development concerning requirements definition, clarification, prioritization, and alternatives. Analyzes the conduct and results of operational user training, military maneuvers or simulated wartime operations undertaken to main the capabilities of a force. Compares, analyzes and evaluates the relative merits of program designs and alternatives. Applies emerging doctrine and tactics, whether detailed in formal doctrinal changes or emanating from Advanced Warfighting Experiments (AWEs), Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs), or Force XXI activities, to system design and development. Assesses the impact of programmatic and technical options on stated user requirements and doctrine. Prepares reports and briefs summarizing support requirements, deficiencies, and investments for various programs and systems.
+ Serves as the Mobility Air Forces Distributed Mission Operations (MAF DMO) Site lead for the Orlando, FL area.
+ Responsible for creating and delivering all MAF DMO events, managing the White Force SMEs and their deliverables, managing the local facility to include facility security and local the network/sys admin/help desk support team.
+ Delivers all services in accordance with the MAF DMO task order.
+ Ensures deliverables associated with the MAF DMO program are delivered on time and up to contractual standards
+ Assists with business development and in program and new opportunities growth.
What we are looking for
10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.
+ Must have former USAF ABM experience
+ Must have in depth knowledge of MAF DMO operations
+ Must have Secret security clearance

+ 2 years of past experience implementing MAF DMO events
Physical Requirements
