KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Content Enablement Knowledge Delivery to join our Global Audit Solutions Group.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide delivery of just-in-time methodology and guidance; changing the way information and knowledge is accessed by and delivered to Auditors by moving from a document-based approach to a digital information-based approach
+ Deliver relevant knowledge/information to the auditor with the right amount of information that is contextual to the task at hand
+ Support the delivery of information and knowledge as described above by performing the tagging of different content types (i.e. KAEG, Learning, Functionality) utilizing the Content Management
+ Participate in Systems for delivery through Contextual Guidance in KPMG Clara workflows; Performing validation to ensure that tagging was complete and accurate
+ Assist the member firms in delivering translated and/or customized content through Contextual guidance and Alex which includes providing support in the publishing and tagging of content utilizing the Content Management Systems and 3rd party content publishing tools
+ Work collaboratively and maintains ongoing, productive relationships with internal teams and the member firms
Qualifications:
+ Minimum five years of professional experience in a Collaboration and Content Enablement delivery function at a regional/global level; experience supporting Global Audit solutions is preferred
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; CPA preferred
+ Work on a project or client engagement with a distributed team; ability to build strong relationships with contacts at all levels in other member firms, especially executive/senior contacts
+ Knowledge of methodology-related developments of Audit Processes/Engagements
+ Professional English Language proficiency with the ability to confidently lead meetings, calls and group discussions
+ Flexibility to work irregular work hours to accommodate multiple time-zones and manage in a global virtual environment (100GLB)
